Amilien Antic, Inc. is a direct importer of fine French and European antiques and objects d’art from the 17th century through to the early 20th century.
Founded in November 2001, by owner Alain Amilien, Amilien Antic, Inc is San Diego’s number one European antique store, specializing in furniture from the French revival, with an emphasis on the King Louis XIII-XVI periods, which are well represented throughout the store. In addition to over 6,000 square feet of true furniture antiques, and classic revival furniture, Amilien Antic Inc. also offers an exclusive Art Gallery, which has held and continues to introduce masterpiece paintings and sculptures by renowned artists such as Rodin, Marini and other various masters.
Owner Alain Amilien is a 3rd generation Antique Dealer and Appraiser born in Monte Carlo, and has worked for 15 years in the wholesale and retail antique business in France. Frequently traveling throughout Europe, Mr. Amilien seeks out fine examples of interesting forms to offer discerning buyers, and is determined to maintain the company’s reputation as dealers of the highest quality, fair-priced antiques, to its nationwide clientele.
